Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, sorry. Once it has been placed the order goes directly to the manufacturer and cannot be canceled.
How long do orders take?
Orders not in stock take at least 3-4 weeks. If they are in stock, order will be to you within 3 days.
Orders can sometimes take up to 4-5 weeks to be processed due to high product demand and manufacturing.
How do I know what is in stock?
You can always write us and ask and we will let you know if what you want is in stock.
Can you take my order over the phone?
Sorry, no. We only take orders via the website. It allows for easier tracking of the order.
I am a model, what size should I order?
We always recommended the Extra Small for all models.
What is the cost to change my piping color?
Nothing! Well, unless you are changing it from a regular lycra to a metallic or a velvet, then there will be a $10 extra charge. Otherwise, any bikini can be changed around at no extra cost. Just add what you want in the NOTES section of your order. An email would also be helpful just to ensure we get the note. Tell us what you would like to do and if it is a color you don't see anywhere on the site, write us, we can probably get it. We would also be happy to send you small swatches of colors to see if it is the shade you are looking for before you order.
Can I get different sizing, i.e. large top and small bottom?
There is a $5.00 extra charge for different sizing. You will need to write us telling us you want different sizing. Make sure you click the "add different sizing" to your cart which can be found at the beginning of each page.
Can I get my bikini lined?
Yes. There is a $5.00 charge for lining. The lining addition is at the beginning of each page. Just click to add lining.
How do you ship?
We ship via USPS and USPS Global with confirmation via your email. USPS will send you an email with your tracking information when the item is sent. Please check your email and spam folders for USPS tracking information. You can also retrieve your information by logging into your account and looking at your Order Status. Please do not email us asking where your order is. Remember orders not in stock take at least 3 weeks and more likely 4-5 weeks. All updates are done via this site and your email.
Remember USPS updates nightly and will only confirm where your item has gone to and when it is delivered. USPS Priority Mail is not true tracking. So in other words, you will not see its location from spot to spot. Instead, it is delivery confirmation to the post office and confirmation of arrival. Please do not be alarmed if the USPS website is stating the same information for a few days.

What is the difference between string side and tie side?
Tie Side has ties on both hips. String side is simply a pull on bikini. There are no ties on either side

What forms of payment do you accept?

Please send an email with your order and that you are sending a check or money order in the mail. With the check or money order please add your name, address, and order in the envelope. Don't forget to add size, color, and siding type (tie or string). Please note when a check or money order is sent, there us a mandatory 10 day business hold on them or until they clear. Orders cannot be sent with out cleared payment. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged checks or money orders. We recommend tracking on them for your safety.
Are your stocks numbers accurate?
No. Unfortunately our system cannot detect size, siding type, color, etc. So the numbers you see that say "stock -1" are not accurate. We encourage you to write us to ask if what you want is in stock.
How do you care for a bikini?
We suggest that you thoroughly wash your bikini before you wear it.
This should apply to any and all bikinis you own.

Also keep foils away from velcro or other abrasives and please be aware that sometimes the foils can bleed color onto your skin.
